These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Carzuma. By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Carzuma is an information and search service for retail automotive inventory. Vehicle data is provided by dealers via inventory feeds, and by public sources. We do not sell vehicles, take payment for vehicles, or act as an agent for any dealer.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.
3. Dealer accounts and inventory feeds
Dealers may ingest inventory by emailing exports (CSV/TSV) to a unique ingest address. By sending a feed you represent that you have the right to distribute that inventory data and that vehicle details are accurate at the time of send.
4. No warranty on vehicles
Listings, price intelligence, and market signals are informational and do not constitute an offer, appraisal, or guarantee. Verify any vehicle, price, and history with the seller and independent sources before purchase.
5. Prohibited use
- Scraping the site or ingest system in a way that degrades service.
- Uploading feeds you do not have rights to.
- Attempting to bypass access controls or security.
- Using the service to harass any dealer, buyer, or Carzuma staff.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Carzuma is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees you paid us in the prior twelve months.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
